HYDERABAD: The South Central Railway is undertaking ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’ campaign as a mass movement duly involving railway employees and also taking up public awareness campaigns seeking the cooperation from passengers in maintaining railway premises clean.
As part of the ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’ campaign, SCR is all set to conduct a Maha Shramdaan on October 2, across the length and breadth of the South Central Railway zone. This campaign is primarily aimed at keeping the sphere of work neat and clean with special focus on railway stations, trains, track and railway colonies.
To promote cleanliness on railway premises, SCR general manager PK Srivastava released publicity material consisting of multi-colour pamphlets and posters at Rail Nilayam in Secunderabad on Wednesday.
