16th Batch of Hajis Leaves for Jeddah

The 16th batch of Haj pilgrims left Hyderabad for Jeddah on Saturday evening from Haj camp, Haj House in the city.

HYDERABAD: The 16th batch of Haj pilgrims left Hyderabad for Jeddah on Saturday evening from Haj camp, Haj House in the city. MLCs Moulana Hafiz Peer Shabbir Ahmed, Syed Amin ul Hassan Jafri, Anti Corruption Bureau DG AK Khan, Haj Committee special officer SA Shukoor flagged off the journey and bid them farewell. All the dignitaries requested the pilgrims to pray for the welfare, peace and development of the nation and for the people of the state. The 16th batch of 350 Haj pilgrims consisted of 322 pilgrims from Karnataka and 28 from Medak district of Telangana.
