HYDERABAD: Senior Congress leader and former minister Marri Shashidhar Reddy on Monday wrote a letter to Assembly Speaker S Madhusudhana Chary seeking clarification on the resignation of Sanathnagar MLA Talasani Srinivas Yadav, who won on a Telugu Desam party ticket and later shifted to TRS and went on to become a minister in the TRS cabinet. On completion of six months of Srinivas Yadav taking oath as minister in the state cabinet, Shashidhar Reddy said that Srinivas Yadav had repeatedly telling that he had resigned to his MLA post before joining the cabinet.
However, there is no action on the MLA’s resignation, the former minister said adding that Srinivas Yadav’s name was included in the list of Telugu Desam party MLAs in the voters list in the recently held elections to the Members of Legislative Council.
