We are not new to animal abuse. Every other day we find people either pelting stones at stray dogs or harming them in some or the other way.
Similar incident was recorded and posted on YouTube in October and went viral on June 9. The one-minute video clip showed a person catching a stray dog by his hind legs and swinging him up in the air for nearly 30 seconds and looked like it was planned as even the person who recorded the video was prepared to shoot the entire incident. The video is clear enough to understand that the man was under the influence of alcohol as he was waiting for a right opportunity to catch hold of the dog and torture him.
During the entire incident, the dog cried in pain. While the exact location of the incident is not known, it is believed to have occurred in the city of Hyderabad.
In order to discourage such activities, Humane Society International (HSI) India has decided to catch hold of the person and get him arrested for throwing the dog in air. For this, the organisation is looking for help from common people who can help them catch hold of that person and get him arrested. They will reward the person with `10,000.
