The 10-day long food festival which will conclude end on 1 March focuses on showcasing the limitless varieties of food from the royal regions of Jaipur, Marwar and Udaipur. For the gourmet treat one can savor the authentic dishes like Maas Ke Soole, Charkha Murg, Masala Chilla, Rajbhog Dahi Bara, Laal Maas, Bhuna Kukar, Machi Mewari, Rajputana Maas Kichri, Panner Mutter Rassa, Kher Sangri, Haldi Ke Subzi, Gatte Ka Pulao, Kesaria Ghewar and many more. Served with spicy mixes the lip-smacking food will literally be a scrumptious treat for the food enthusiasts of the city.

Executive chef, Muthu Kumar along with the team of expert chefs at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre have meticulously prepared a menu keeping the discerning tastes of Rajasthan.
