Woman Grabs Baby, Flees

HYDERABAD: A 16-month- old baby was snatched away from her mother by an unknown woman near Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station here on Tuesday night. The accused had lured  Gangamma, who arrived from Mahbubnagar along with the baby by promising to give her shelter. By diverting the victim’s attention, the woman fled away with the baby girl. According to the police, Gangamma, who was sitting in MGBS bus station, met the woman in her early 30s, while waiting for her husband.The woman along with Gangamma walked towards Chaderghat. Later, When Gangamma entered a shop to buy some sweets, the woman escaped with the baby, police said.
