HYDERABAD: A division bench of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday ordered a notice to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) on a PIL, complaining that the corporation was not releasing money due to the water board for laying water pipelines etc. in the city.
The bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Dilip B Bhosale and Justice S V Bhatt was dealing with a PIL filed by BJP leader GR Karunakar.
