Iraqi Youth Found with Bullet at RGI

HYDERABAD:  A bullet was found in the baggage of a 21-year-old Iraqi national at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad on Sunday late evening.

The accused, identified as Mohammed Ahmed, is pursuing pharmacy course in Sangareddy.  According to the RGI Airport police, Ahmed landed at the airport to take a flight to Iraq. During baggage check, CISF personnel found a bullet and detained him.

Later, they handed him over to the RGI airport police. “He told us that it was a dummy bullet, but we are sending it for examination,” RGI Airport sub-inspector M Veeresham said.
