Remembering Pancham!

Music composer RD Burman has touched hearts across generations with his music.  Tributes to him have been paid in many forms and places. Brahmanand S Siingh, the director who moved us with the National Award-winning film, Pancham Unmixed on the legend, he has now launched a video book and a new coffee-table book on the legendary music director.

The video book is titled Knowing Pancham.

The coffee-table book is titled 'Diamonds & Rust' and is an unusual and amazing tapestry of anecdotes, insights, observations and take-offs on RD Burman.

Pancham.JPGThe video book is a priceless collection of over five hours of conversations with chapters constructed around RD Burman’s life and his musical journey through celebrity interviews.

Brahmanand S Siingh shared that response for both have been phenomenal.  “For the first time that they are seeing this interesting between the composer’s journey as well as the characters who have been featured in it those who have worked with RD Burman; and some of the great minds of all times like Lau Tzu, John Lennon, Rumi and more. That’s one section of the book which is being talked about the most.”
