NALGONDA: Devotees on Friday thronged the hill shrine of Yadagirigutta to witness the annual birth anniversary celebrations of Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy. The temple administration has made all arrangements to mark the birth of the presiding deity in a grand way.
On Friday morning, the priests performed nava kalasha snapanam, kaliyamardhana alankara seva, followed by laksha tulasi pushpaarchana. Maha purnahuthi was also performed at maha mandapam.
Meanwhile, the temple administration prepared different kinds of prasadam for distribution among the devotees. The temple administration also made arrangements for cultural events at Sri Saraswathi Kala Mandir. Nizamabad MP K Kavitha and her family members took part in the fete.
