BDL Displays Products at Manekshaw Centre

HYDERABAD: The Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), a Hyderabad-based public sector defence manufacturing company, has displayed its products at Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi.

The BDL had displayed several models including Milan-2T anti tank guided missile (ATGM), konkurs - M ATGM, Invar ATGM, Nag ATGM, Akash surface- to-air missile, long range surface to air missile, submarine fired decoy, light Weight torpedo (TAL), Varunastra missile and  C - 303 Anti-Torpedo Decoy System.

The models by Bharat Dynamics Limited were exhibited at Manekshaw Centre at a ceremony held to dedicate the Akash weapon system of BDL to the Indian Army on May 5. The BDL said that from now onwards their products will be on a permanent display at the Centre for viewing.

They will give a glimpse of the product range of BDL to its customer groups and key decision makers who are attending events held at the Centre.

During the event, V Udaya Bhaskar, CMD, BDL along with Air Vice-Marshal NB Singh (Retd) Director (Technical), BDL apprised General Dalbir Singh, Chief of the Army Staff about the product range of BDL.

S Piramanayagam, Director (Finance), BDL, senior officials from the defence ministry and DRDO and many other officials from various divisions were also present at the event.

Manekshaw Centre is a state-of-the-art facility where defence-related prestigious events are held frequently.
