HYDERABAD: The state government is all set to conduct its maiden ECET - 2015 on May 21 across the state. ECET is an entrance test for diploma and for B.Sc.(Mathematics) degree holders for lateral admission into second year regular BE and B.Tech courses.
The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad which conducts the exam, said so far 20, 794 candidates have registered for the exam this year. The exam will be held from 10 am to 1 pm at 10 centres across the state. On the day of examination, signatures of all the candidates will be taken on both the nominal rolls and online application form in the examination hall as part of the verification process, officials said.
