Mentally-ill Man Goes Missing, Traced

HYDERABAD: A 65-year-old mentally challenged person, who left home alone to proceed to America where his son and daughter-in-law were staying, went missing near Shamshabad on Wednesday. Hours after the incident took place, the victim was traced in Asifnagar police limits and handed over to his family members.

According to Malakpet police, Surya Rao, 65, native of Tanuku, left home to proceed to airport to catch a flight to the US but went missing. His family members lodged a police complaint. Based on the complaint, police registered a missing case. Hours after the incident took place, the Asifnagar police traced him down.
