Short Story Contest

contest.JPGIf your child is a story teller, then here is an opportunity to enrol them in the third season of Short Story Writing contest hosted by Oakridge International School and Just Books.    The contest is open for children in various categories -- less than six years old, between seven and 10 years and between 11 and 16. Themes can range from fairy tales, fantasy, fiction, humour, school chronicles and science fiction. The best selected stories will not only receive grand prizes by Oakridge, but also get featured in the upcoming edition of ‘The Acorn Book’.The first edition of The Acorn Book featured 45 best stories of the young writers selected across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam and Chandigarh and is released with a print of 25,000 copies.The new Acorn Book will also be available on ChildFirst APP.
