HYDERABAD:A Class X student committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling of his house at Tukaramgate in Secunderabad on Sunday.
The deceased, Rajesh, was studying at a corporate school. His mother had died a few years ago and his father Madhusudan is a railway employee. The victim was his younger son.
When Madhusudan tried to wake Rajesh up around 7.30 am, Rajesh asked his father to allow him to sleep for some more time. Then Rajesh went to another room and slept there. Later, Madhusudan went out on his personal work and returned home around 11.30 am.
When Madhusudan tried to open the door of the room in which Rajesh was sleeping, he noticed that the door was bolted from inside. He peeped through the window and saw Rajesh hanging from the ceiling. He then broke open the main door to enter the room but was too late. Police said Rajesh despaired over his mother’s death and killed himself.
