HYDERABAD:The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation will now receive applications from citizens through Centralised Inward Section at its head office near Tank Bund in the city.
A six-member staff has been deputed to CIS for receiving applications. The CIS, after receiving the applications, has to make entry of each and every correspondence received, and give a printed acknowledgement with date, time and stamp to the citizen. Staff has to segregate correspondence wing-wise whereas those pertaining to government and legal cases have to be forwarded to the special officer.
Applications received have to be sent to the wings concerned daily twice, at 1 pm an 5 pm.
