HYDERABAD:Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA)’s Property Show will be held here from October 2 to 4.
With more than 180 stalls belonging to real estate developers, builders, architects, designers, housing finance companies, banks and Government departments like registration department, Hyderabad Metropolitan Department Authority (HMDA), among others, the property show will provide all the information and inputs required for home buyers in Hyderabad.
“This is the sixth edition of TREDA property show and with Hyderabad realty sector showing signs of improvement we are expecting an increased response for the show from home buyers and general public. While 60,000 people visited last property show, this time we are expecting more than 70,000 visitors as home buyers and investors are showing interest to buy properties now,” said P Dasharath Reddy, TREDA president, announcing details about the property show at a press conference here on Thursday.
Telangana Government’s proactive role towards development of Hyderabad is bringing back the good times for Hyderabad. As a result new launches are happening and even home buyers have started buying. In fact this is the right time to buy a home as prices may rise after six to eight months from now. A visit to property show will make visitors know all they need to know before buying a home, he further said.
TREDA App Launched: TREDA application (app), which gives complete information about the homes and properties developed by TREDA members was also launched on the occasion.
TREDA app will provide all the details relating to homes and properties developed by members of TREDA. All the details like location of the properties, space, features, contacts of builders, among others will be available on the TREDA app. The app can be downloaded from Google Playstore. Even the details of property show can be seen on app.
The Property Show will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from October 2 to 4 at Hitex. TREDA members B Sunil Chandra Reddy, K Gopala Krishna, R Ashok Swaminathan, Chalapati Rao, among others were present on the occasion.
