Rosé Anar

Anar juice: 120ml

Cold milk: 120ml

Rose water: 10ml

Vanilla ice cream :1/2 scoop

Method

Blend all ingredients together and pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with rose petals and serve.

Kokum Punch

Kokum: 100ml

Cinnamon flavored sugar syrup: 10ml

Fresh lime juice: 10ml

Apple juice: 60ml

Aromatic bitters: 2

Method

In a tall glass filled with ice, pour the above ingredients and stir well. Fill with crushed ice and garnish with a fresh apple slice and cinnamon stick and serve.

Jaljeera Sour

Jaljeera: 120ml

Kafir lime leaves: 4

Fresh lime juice: 5ml

Sugar syrup: 5ml

Method

In a tall glass, drop the kafir lime leaves and muddle to release flavors. Fill the glass with ice and pour the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and serve.

Jamun

Chocolatini

Jamun Kala Khatta: 90ml

Whole glazed cherries: 6

Chocolate syrup: 10ml

Orange wedge: 1

Fresh single cream: 30ml

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in a glass filled with

crushed ice. Garnish with cherries skewer and Kit Kat.

Golgappa  Mai-Tai

Golgappe ka pani: 120ml

Soda: 120ml

Sugar syrup: 20ml

Fresh lime juice: 15ml

Fresh cucumber slice: 1

Method

In a tall glass filled with ice pour golgappe ka pani, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and soda. Cut a fresh slice of cucumber and serve

Purple Mary

Jamun Kala Khatta: 120ml

Tabasco: 3drops

Fresh orange chunks:  4

Method

In a short fat glass (old fashioned) drop the fresh orange chunks and muddle. Pour tabasco and the kala khatta/jamun and fill with crushed ice. Garnish with dry red chilli and orange peel and serve.
