HYDERABAD: Vikarabad police arrested three Telangana United Front (TUF) leaders in connection with the murder of Varalakshmi, a history sheeter. Police said the three persons were involved in killing of the woman history sheeter by strangulating her with a wire. The arrested persons were identified as TUF joint secretary Bhim Bharath, district secretary Narayana Das and Ravi.
It was reported that the trio was hired by two persons Janardhan Reddy and Vijayalakshmi Pandith for `3 lakh for killing Varalakshmi. As per their plan, the trio met the victim on pretext of land settlement and killed her.
