HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad city police (south zone) in collaboration with Telangana State Minorities Finance Corporation is organising a one-day career guidance and counselling workshop for SSC and intermediate students on Saturday from 9 am at Minar Garden, Nayapool. The objective of the programme is to make students aware of the best career options and trends available in the present scenario. Experts from various government and corporate organisations will guide the students. Police requested the students and parents to utilise the opportunity and to choose the best career options.
Booze Ban Tomorrow
On account of Sri Hanuman Jayanti celebrations to be held on April 22, the Hyderabad police commissioner M Mahendar Reddy issued orders that wine and toddy shops and bars attached to restaurants (excluding bars in star hotels and registered clubs) within the limits of Hyderabad city shall remain closed from 6 am to 10 pm on April 22.
