Task Force Sleuths Busted Interstate Drug Peddler Gang

HYDERABAD: The Task Force sleuths on Thursday busted interstate drug peddler gang and nabbed two persons. Police seized 3 kg Opium drug worth of Rs 14 lakh from arrested persons.

The arrested persons are -- Kaium-ul-Huq, native of West Bengal and Chandan Naveen, Hyderabad.

On tip off, the police detained two persons for smuggling drug and seized narcotic substances from the possession. The accused confessed before police that the drug was smuggled to Hyderabad from West Bengal and sell it to needy customers with the assistance of Chandan Naveen.
