HYDERABAD: To clear extra rush of summer traffic, the South Central Railway will temporarily augment certain trains with one AC-3 tier coach till June 1. The augmentation of coaches will make available 8,960 berths for clearing extra rush and wait-listed passengers. The following are the trains which will have an additional AC 3-Tier coach:
Train 17256 Hyderabad-Narsapur Express from April 28 to May 31, Train 17255 Narsapur-Hyderabad Express from April 28 to June 1. Train 17250 Secunderabad-Machilipatnam Express from April 28 to May 31, and Train 17249 Machilipatnam-Secunderabad Express April 28 to June 1.
MMTS Cancellation: The partial cancellation of six non-peak-hour MMTS trains announced earlier between Secunderabad and Falaknuma on experimental basis from February 15 to April 30 will be extended for three more months effective from May 1 to July 31, to improve punctuality of trains.
