HYDERABAD: Reputed artist Kappari Kishan, known for his paintings that depict Telangana girls beautifully with long braids, will be displaying his art work at Art Zest Gallery in Dubai.
Art Zest is a Dubai-based initiative to promote emerging artists from India and established contemporary artists transcending various genres of art, on an international platform.
The four-day show (begins on April 12 ends April 15) has some of the top names such as Shantha Samantha Dinkar Jadhav, Nishanth Dange and Suresh Gulage displaying their works.
“I have been participating for the last four years and it gives my work a great reach,” says Kishan.
“This year, I have nine of my works, all on acrylic on canvas under the titles Joy, Fantasy, Indianity and Buddha Aradhana,” he says.
