The Kerala High Court on Saturday admitted a petition seeking to declare that every person is entitled to have one subsidised LPG connection.
Justice T R Ramachandran Nair passed the order while considering a petition filed by R Rama Varma and his son Rahul Varma, of Tripunithura, challenging the government decision to restrict the number of LPG connections.
