TheKCBC Media Commission has selected 12 dramas for the silver jubilee edition ofAll Kerala Professional Drama Fest.
‘AlivinteThampuran’ (Cherthala Jubilee), ‘Anaswarathyagam’ (Kollam Chaithanya), ‘Mazhameghapravukal’ (Angamaly Anjali), ‘Snehatheru’ (Thi ruvananthapuramMamatha),‘Oru Manashasthrajnjante Bharataparyadanam’ (ThiruvananthapuramSahithi), ‘Kannadi’ (Kollam Assisi), ‘Swapnangal Mathram Sakshi’ (KayamkulamSaparya),‘Jeevithathinte Thirakkatha’ (Thiruvananthapuram Malayala Nadakavedi ), ‘Swargam Bhoomiyilanu’ (Kollam Ayanam), ‘Aanveettile Achuthan’ (AngamalyAbhinandana), ‘Swapnangal Vilkkanundu’ (Kanjirappally Amala), and ‘StSebastian’ (Kochi Maria Communications) are selected for the fest.
Ina statement issued here, KCBC Media Commission secretary Fr Joseph Nicholassaid that the All-Kerala Professional Drama Fest was started in 1987 to promotevalue-based dramas, reverberating with social relevance.
Thedramas will be staged at Palarivattom Pastoral Orientation Centre fromSeptember 23.The fest will conclude on October 4.
