Propex TV, claimed to be the first real estate web-channel in Malayalam, has started operations. Launched by the Kochi-based JC Group, the channel can be accessed through internet. JC Group is already producing real estate shows which are telecast by various TV channels.
“Propex TV is backed by a huge data bank. About 100 videos on real estate are added to our data bank every week,” said JC Group chairman Charles William at a press conference in Kochi the other day.
The web channel can be downloaded on to Smart TVs, the tablets and the new generation smart phones. It can also be accessed through a specially-developed application, which can be downloaded on the Android platforms. “Later, we propose to make it available on devices using other operating systems such as Iphone, Windows, Blackberry etc,” said Propex TV chief of programme Bonny Thomas.
Shows on real estate projects, property news, new projects, legal tips on property, automobiles markets and pets will also telecast,” Bonny said.
