Bus crew held for selling ganja

In a joint operation conducted by City shadow police and Kalamassery police two bus employees were arrested for selling ganja at Kalamassery on Monday.

 The arrested are Sudhi, 23, Erattupetta, and John Paul, 32, Mundanveli. The duo were arrested while selling ganja at Kalamassery Premier Junction. They were produced before the Magistrate Court and remanded in judicial custody.

The police said that ganja was transported from Idukki and it was sold in packets to bus crew. They used to charge ` 250 for a packet of ganja.
