Panchayat and Social Welfare Minister M K Muneer on Saturday inaugurated the awareness campaign and a free heart check-up camp organised at the Lourdes Hospital as part of the World Heart Day.
Cardiology Department head Dr George Thayyil, actor Meera Nandan, hospital director Fr Sabu Nedunilathu, superintendent Dr Paul Puthooran and IMA president Abraham Varghese were also present. A photo exhibition was also organised as a part of the camp.
