With his master expertise on different world cuisines, he will be teaching the nuances of how to cook for a big party at Crown Plaza, from 10.30 am to 3 pm.
Chef Sanjeev Kapoor who has acknowledged the evolution in cooking styles with his unique collection of fusion recipes will teach his cooking secrets in person.
The fusion food recipes for demonstration will include snacks, starters and main course that take little time to cook. The masterchef will also be entertaining queries from the participants during the session.
