The Ernakulam Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) Court on Tuesday filed a report before the Kerala High Court regarding the national anthem disrespect case against Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development Shashi Tharoor.
Justice V K Mohanan will consider the report on Wednesday. The ACJM filed the report based on a direction by the High Court.
It had asked the magistrate to file a report stating whether Tharoor had filed any application to discharge him from the case and if any order has been issued in this regard.
