Actor Jagathy Sreekumar’s children on Tuesday submitted before the Kerala High Court that they had no objection to Sreelakshmi, who claims to be Jagathy’s daughter, and her mother O Sasikala, visiting the actor at the hospital.
Sreelakshmi and her mother Sasikala had moved the HC seeking police protection to visit Jagathy who is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, after a car accident last year.
They alleged that Parvathy Shone and Raj Kumar - the daughter and son of Jagathy - were not allowing them to visit Jagathy.
The petitioners also said that when Jagathy was hospitalised at MIMS, Kozhikode, they were allowed to see him.
