Works Minister V K Ebrahim Kunju will listen to people’s complaints on state infrastructure from 3 pm for an hour over the telephone on Friday.
The complainant can speak directly to the Minister, as part of the project ‘ Manthriyodu Parayam’ initiated by the department four years ago.
To serve the purpose of this project, a public information cell functions on all days so complainants can point out various defects in the infrastructure-based development throughout the state.
The cell functions from 9 am to 7.30 pm, except on Sundays.
The complaints which pour in from various parts of the state will be handled by the engineers.
City road development projects, state road development projects, Kerala State Transport Project (KSTP), national highway developmental projects, flyover constructions etc can be discussed with the works minister.
Solutions to these issues are also welcomed.
