Venkitesh Bhandary, 69, s/o Devadas Bhandary, of Devuzha house, Pandikkudy, in Mattanchery, drowned in the Tirumala Devaswom Temple pond around 11 am on Saturday.
The cremation will be held at Karippalam Rudravilasam crematorium at 9 am on Sunday. He is survived by sons Ashok and Devadas and daughter Reshma. On the complaint of Venkitesh’s relative Ashok Bhandary, Mattanchery police have registered a case of unnatural death and an inquiry is being held.
