'Women must break the shackles of glass ceiling'

She was addressing the gathering on ‘Women in Corporate World and Challenges at the Workplace’, at  the curtain-raiser of the Women Managers’ Forum 2013-14’ organised by the Kerala Management Association (KMA). Sushama Srikandath, director and CEO, AVT McKormick Ingredients Pvt Ltd, in her keynote address, emphasised on how strong leadership starts with bringing together a group of people who may not have anything in common and inspiring them to achieve uncommon results.

The forum was presided over by S Rajmohan Nair, president, KMA. Parveen Hafeez, chairperson, Women Managers Forum, KMA and Lalitha Mathew, convenor, Women Managers Forum, KMA, spoke.
