KMA Convention Tomorrow

The two-day 33rd annual management convention of the Kerala Management Association(KMA) will begin at Hotel Le Meridien on Thursday.  The theme chosen for this year’s convention is ‘Enabling India Inc- exploring opportunities’.

Around 1,000 delegates will attend the seminar. Kavuru Sambasiva Rao, Union Minister of Textiles, will be the chief guest at the function. T K A Nair, advisor to the Prime Minister, will deliver the special theme address.S Varadarajan, chairman & managing director, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, will be the keynote speaker. Dr Preetha Reddy will be the guest of honour. K S Jamestin will deliver the felicitation address.  N R Panicker, Amar Babu and N  Balachandar will address the first technical session on ‘walking the talk- adhering to values & governance’.V K Mathews, R Ramakrishnan and P S Nair, will address the second technical session on ‘delivering quality & economic value to customers’.

In a special session,  Prabhu Chawla, editorial director of The New Indian Express Group, will address the gathering on ‘creating a balanced business model for people, planet and profit’.

Union Minister Kapil Sibal will be the chief guest at the valedictory function on Friday.
