Two more quacks were arrested on Wednesday by the Elamakkara and Thoppumpady police respectively. The arrested have been identified as Prabhash Tikkadar 34, and Arun Kumar from North Parganas district in West Bengal.
Both were arrested on the same day following the information provided by Prosenjeet Malakkar who was arrested the other day for allegedly running a clinic.
Arun kumar has been dispensing medical advice and treatment for more than five years while Prabhash Tikkadar, for more than two years at Thoppumpady and Edappally respectively.
