KOCHI: As many as 80 projects in various sectors, with an investment of `50,000 crore are progressing in the State, said a statement issued by the KSIDC here on Wednesday.The projects were showcased at the Emerging Kerala event held in Kochi in 2012. The Industries Department is monitoring 21 projects being developed with an investment of `30,000 crore, the statement said.
Emerging Kerala had witnessed 177 projects, with a total outlay of `95,000 crore, in sectors like petrochemicals, healthcare, tourism, MSME, education, science and technology, IT and ports.
