KOCHI: Taking entrepreneurship culture in Kerala to the next level, a state of the art FabLab will be set up at Startup Village in Kochi on Tuesday. The founder of the concept of Fab Labs and Director of MIT Centre of Bits and Atoms Neil Gershenfeld will be present at the event which will be held from 11 am to 1 pm. Two such FabLabs will be set up in the state, one at Technopark-TBI in Thiruvananthapuram an the other at the Startup Village.
“The team from MIT is coming and setting up FabLab at Technopark-TBI and Startup Village. FabLab is taking the world by storm. This is being accepted by the most evolved entrepreneurship ecosystems worldwide. This will be a major game changer in the way we look at education and being at the cutting edge of technology entrepreneurship,” said Pranav Kumar Suresh, CEO, Startup Village.
