KOCHI:The Ernakulam Additional Sessions Court(For the trial of case on atrocities against women and children) sentenced a man to five years of rigorous imprisonment for attempting to molest his minor daughter, on Thursday.
The rigorous imprisonment was awarded to Subash, 47, of Ikaranad. Though Subash was given 10 years of rigorous imprisonment after being found guilty of two offences, the court ordered to undergo the sentence concurrently.
Sandhya Bashi, Additional Public Prosecutor appeared for the prosecution.
