KOCHI: A one-day Workshop on ‘Infrastructure-Kochi - Short-term and Long-term’, jointly organised by the Better Kochi Response Group (BKRG), Kerala Management Association (KMA) and the World Bank, will be held at the KMA Hall here on Tuesday.
Apart from the BKRG and KMA, PWD, Kochi Corporation, GCDA, District Administration, KMRL, DMRC, Kerala Water Authority, Electricity Board, Regional Town Planning, Institute of Town Planning, CIAL, Cochin Port Trust, Indian Railways, Indian Navy, Roads and Bridges Corporation, Inland Navigation Corporation, CREDAI, Institute of Engineers, CII, TIE, the Chambers of Commerce (India, Kerala and Cochin), Vyttila Mobility Hub, Infopark, Irrigation Department, GIDA, CPPR and the NHAI will participate.
PWD Minister V K Ibrahim Kunju will address the workshop, at which selected departments and organisations will make presentations. “The decisions and suggestions made will be documented for follow-up action,” said BKRG president S Gopakumar.
