KOCHI: This year’s Kavithilakan Pandit Karuppan Award will be presented to Swami Chidananda Puri for his outstanding contributions in the field of social service, spirituality and charity. The award will be presented at a ceremony to be held at Pavakkulam Temple auditorium, Kaloor, here on May 24 (Sunday). BJP National Council Member P K Krishnadas will inaugurate the function. Dr K G Paulose, first Vice-Chancellor of Kerala Kalamandalam Deemed University for Art and Culture, will deliver the keynote address on ‘Pandit Karuppan and Kerala Renaissance’.
