Best Science Book Award

Anil.jpgKOCHI:  ‘Mainagavum Koottukarum’, a book written by Anil Kumar Vadavathoor, director of Public Relations and Publications at the Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat), has been selected for the award for best popular science book, instituted by the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology an Environment.The award comprises a cash prize of `50,000 and a citation. Anil Kumar is recipient of various awards in development journalism and science writing. The award will be distributed at a function to be held in Thiruvananthapuram in December.
