Nisham's Brother Moves High Court

KOCHI:Abdul Razak, brother of Mohammed Nisham, accused in the Chandrabose murder case, has approached the Kerala High Court seeking to quash the case registered by the Thrissur West Police against him for threatening an eyewitness in the case.

 K C Anoop, the prime witness, complained that Razak had threatened to kill his wife and children. Following this, the court asked the police to take case against Razak. A case has been registered under IPC 195.  Anoop told the court that he changed his statement on the first day of trial because Razak had threatened him with dire consequences.
