Good show by BVN schools in Kerala

Schools under Bharatheeya Vidya Nikethan (BVN) had much reason to cheer with the results of the CBSE Class X exams declared on Saturday.

KOCHI:  Schools under Bharatheeya Vidya Nikethan (BVN) had much reason to cheer with the results of the CBSE Class X exams declared on Saturday. Of the 1,491 students who appeared for exam at BVN schools across the state 392 scored A1 grade while 330 scored above 90 per cent marks.

Veda Vyasa School Malaparamba has the largest number of A1 scorers among the BVN Schools (46). The school also has the highest number of students with above 90 per cent marks(105). Saraswathi Vidya Niketan, Elamakkara scored cent per cent success with 12 students securing A1 grade.

Other BVN schools that fared well in Class X exams and number of A1 grades: V V P Kallekkad (21), Aravinda Vidyamandiram, Pallickathodu( 14), SRKVN, Nandikkara(17), SVNCS, Kodakara(25), VNCS Chalakkudy (19), VVB Perinthalmanna (28), Sree Saraswathi VM Karikode (26), BVP Parassala (12), VRVP CS Mavelikkara (31), SNVM, Kodali (25), SVNCS, Engandiyoor (6), SSV Ooruttambalam (12), SGTSVN Nochima (15), SSV Mulayankavu (4), S M V Mannarkkad (7), SVP Kattappana (5), Vivekananda VM,Vaikom (8), VPS Kurumulloor (8), SVB Thodupuzha (10), Gayathri, Puliyannoor (6) and Vidyananda, Kodungoor (6).
