Kochi schools register impressive performance in CBSE Class X examination

Several schools of the city recorded full pass percentage in the CBSE Class X examination, the results of which were declared the other day.

KOCHI: Several schools of the city recorded full pass percentage in the CBSE Class X examination, the results of which were declared the other day.

Of the 61 students at Amrita Vidyalayam, 16 students secured A1 grade, while six got first class.

Eighty-eight students appeared for the examination from Sreenarayana Vidyapeetam Public School, Tripunithura, of which eight secured the A1 grade, while 61 passed with distinction. From the Gregorian Public School, Maradu, 108 students appeared of which 28 secured A1 in all subjects.

Fifty-six students from Nalanda Public School, Thammanam, passed with distinction.

The Teresa Spinelli Public School, Pottakuzhy, attained 100 per cent pass percentage. MET Public School, Perumbavoor, achieved full pass percentage. Of the 91 students who appeared from Global Public School, all secured pass marks. All the students of Mathews Mar Athanasius Residential School, Chengannur, passed in the examination.

From the first batch of Naipunnya Public School, Kakkanad, 34 students appeared for the examination. The school secured 100 per cent pass percentage. Eight students of the school secured A1 in all subjects.
