THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: ‘Subhayaatra’, a road safety awareness programme, under the initiative of Student Police Cadet (SPC) Project would commence from Tuesday throughout the state.
The district-wise inauguration of the programme would be held at Kanakakkunnu Palace here at 11 a m.
