THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Christ Nagar English Higher Secondary School organised a seminar on the ‘Role of media in environmental protection’ on Thursday in connection with ISA-2012, an International School Award instituted by the British Council.
Dr C Jayakumar, Trustee and Board member of the non-government organisation, Thanal, made the keynote address.The talk focused on the importance of June 5, World Environment Day, and laid emphasis on the Endosulfan issue. An interactive session followed, where he answered the young audience.
