THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Leak on a main pipeline carrying water to the low-lying areas of the city left many areas, including Fort, without water on Thursday.
The leak on Power House Road was detected on Thursday morning, KWA officials said. The pipeline which sprung the leak continues under the railway tracks. ‘’It is a major leak. We expect to complete the repairs by Thursday evening,’’ a senior KWA official said.
