THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Indian Air Force (IAF) is conducting an exclusive Airmen Recruitment Rally for Group Y (non-tech) trades [auto tech and IAF(P)] for candidates in Thiruvananthapuram district. It will be held from January 21 to 24 at Chandrasekharan Nair Stadium.

Candidates should be born between January 1, 1991 and March 31, 1995. They should have passed intermediate / plus-two / equivalent examinations in science, arts or commerce subjects with a minimum of 50 per cent marks.

Candidates who have passed a three-year diploma course in any stream of Engineering from a government-recognised polytechnic/ institute will be permitted to appear for Group Y.

Recruitment is on the basis of written, physical fitness, medical tests and interview.

The candidates should report at Chandrasekharan Nair Stadium on January 21 between 7 am and 10 am along with certificates, mark sheets, eight passport size photographs and two unstamped 24x10 cm white envelopes.

Candidates should bring sports kit for physical fitness test, HB pencil, eraser, sharpener, black/blue ball point pen and writing clipboard.
