THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: UST Global, a leading provider of services and solutions for Global 1,000 and Fortune 500 enterprises, has acquired Andare, a pioneer of mobile applications for large enterprise CRM applications. UST Global’s recent acquisition signals an additional direction for the IT services and solutions provider and will result in a range of new product offerings for its clients that are based on Andare’s iDispatch platform.

“With the acquisition of Andare’s iDispatch technology, we will be able to offer our clients unmatched enterprise mobile solutions to help enable major productivity gains in field service operations, and leverage the product platform to launch other enterprise mobile products,” said Sajan Pillai, chief executive officer, UST Global.

“The end result combines multiple productivity gains with increased customer satisfaction and a boost in employee morale. We believe this technology is a game changer,” he said.

Andare’s iDispatch product is an Enterprise Mobility solution for the Field Services industry. Among its features are speech to text for high-speed data entry; automatic synchronisation of ‘Store and Forward’ functions; real-time service appointment scheduling, rescheduling and update notifications; management of time, expenses, parts, inventory, and assets; real-time GPS locations of field service personnel for optimised dispatch management; full CRM integration, Apple Push Notifications, and Google GPS Maps; secure on-screen signature capture; integrated Bar Code scanning for easy part entry and tracking;  and full functionality even outside a 4G/3G or Wi-Fi area.
